• Pre-planning and disciplined project management are central to AF Steel Fabricators’ success. Each of our Project Management teams includes a Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Our project management teams engage early—often before design is fully developed, working closely with preconstruction, shop and field teams, procurement, and design-assist partners from the start.
• This early involvement provides the visibility needed to identify constraints, plan strategically, and resolve issues before they impact the project. Backed by a deep bench of cross-functional experts within Schuff, our teams respond quickly and effectively protecting both schedule and budget.

Estimating
At AF Steel Fabricators, estimating is more than numbers—it’s the foundation of a successful project. As an AISC-certified fabricator and erector, we bring a disciplined, detail-driven approach that aligns scope, schedule, and budget from the very beginning.
