PHX13 – GCON Lewis

AF Steel Fab played a key role in the successful delivery of PHX13, furnishing and installing 748 tons of structural steel as part of a $4.62 million contract. Our scope included the fabrication and erection of stair and elevator framing, generator platforms, and mechanical support steel, all essential components supporting the facility’s operational infrastructure. Through meticulous planning, efficient project execution, and strong coordination with GCON Lewis and project stakeholders, AF Steel Fab transformed detailed engineering concepts into installed structural systems that met demanding schedule and quality requirements. The project stands as another example of AF Steel Fab ability to deliver high-value, technically challenging work while maintaining the safety, reliability, and craftsmanship that have become hallmarks of our performance throughout the data center and mission-critical construction market.
